About
We are building Mimosa for the recipes you actually save.
Not for a perfect recipe library you organize once and abandon three weeks later.
Mimosa starts with something very real: you see a recipe, save it, then forget it. The night you want to cook, it is buried between a screenshot, a link, a favorite and a tab you will never reopen.
The goal is simple: turn that mess into meals. A recipe you can find, a plan that makes sense, a grocery list that is ready, and Marcel when you get stuck.
Kévin Dehoux
Independent founder
Mimosa moves like an independent product: fewer abstract promises, more small decisions that make cooking genuinely less annoying.
Why I am building it
My name is Kévin. I am building Mimosa because the problem felt too obvious to keep accepting: we have never had so many meal ideas, yet we still end up staring at the fridge and winging it.
I build the app independently, from product to infrastructure. That means fewer committees, less fluff, and more attention on the details that matter: importing fast, finding without digging, planning honestly, and cooking without fighting the screen.
